Shawn Anderson
Facility Director
Shawn Anderson, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, has dedicated 14 years to serving the mental health community. During this time, he has carried several titles, which allowed him to provide services such as direct care professional, team leader, house manager, residential manager, operations manager, and behavior specialist. Shawn Anderson is known for bringing respect and structure to providers. Shawn graduated with a bachelor's degree from California University of Pennsylvania and majored in business administration. Shawn's passion for people and their well-being has allowed him to develop a unique skill set that creates a sense of peace and understanding for one's trials and faced adversity.
Dane Williams
Project Director
Dane is an experienced healthcare professional with a background in psychology and healthcare administration. With a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Point Park University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Penn West Clarion, he has extensive experience in clinical oversight, patient support, and team collaboration.
In his career, Dane has counseled clients on substance use and life choices, managed clinical oversight for a 32-bed unit, and worked with families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders, helping to create safe and supportive environments. Additionally, he has led the development and supervision of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), ensuring quality care and effective training for staff. Known for his commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care, Dane is dedicated to enhancing team effectiveness and supporting positive outcomes.
Brandon Phillips
Counselor
Brandon Phillips has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. He is committed to lifelong learning and growth. Brandon Phillips is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Brandon Phillips also continues to serve as a member of Pittsburgh Public Schools nationally recognized Take A Father to School Day Committee and the PA Child Well-Being and the Father Involvement Symposium Organizing Committee at the state level. He also serves as board member for Milestones Centers Inc. Throughout the city of Pittsburgh, within communities and schools, he has been a voracious mental health advocate, mentor, coach, and community volunteer.
