In his career, Dane has counseled clients on substance use and life choices, managed clinical oversight for a 32-bed unit, and worked with families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders, helping to create safe and supportive environments. Additionally, he has led the development and supervision of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), ensuring quality care and effective training for staff.
